What is more important to hear from another user of real estate services or what the property owner/investor has to say?

The property owner/investor uses the someone  real estate services of a professional who is contracted to perform a real estate service. Who in turn employs the professional.

We all know who the end user is.  What they have to say is the most important in doing business.

Over the years I have heard property owners/investor say:
